 Each participating artist is asked to submit bear photos for consideration for the collector's invitation postcard. The Spring Schaumburg Postcard winner is Judy Mathis of Judy's Raggedy Country. Valerie Rogers, the show's promoter awarded Judy Winner's Certificate and offered congratulations for the cute bear photo that was used. |
