Before the Show Opened
  


Michelle Lamb was presented a "Winner's Certificate" by Valerie Rogers the show's promoter, for submitting the bear photograph used on the collector's invitation show postcard. Shown on the right.


Michelle proudly exhibited her Winner's Certificate on her table surrounded by her wonderful bears.

Lucky Winners received "star Bucks" to spend at the show!


Christine G. from St. Petersburg, FL was happy to be one of the winners! "$20 dollars, oh boy!"

 


During the show over $200 dollars in "Star Bucks" were presented to Lucky winners!

Drawing every hour!


George W. from Largo, FL was amazed. "I never win anything!" but he did and soon he was off shopping for bears!
Kathi K. from St.. Petersburg, FL was thrilled too. "More money for bears!"

Lois W. drove to Tampa, FL from Naples for the show and won $20 to spend on bears!


Rose T. all the way from Barker New York was one of the winners!

"I know what bear I'm going to buy!" and off she went to spend her 'Star Bucks".
Alma G. from Tampa, FL won too, "What a wonderful door prize!"
Myrtle T. from Largo. FL was one of the many winners at the show.
Teddy Bear Artists are always happy to see you!

Bears seem to 'talk' to the collectors and many went to new homes. "This is the best show!- Marvelous bears and friendly, talented artists!" many said.
Among the bears we spotted little dogs, bunnies, cats and more. Shown above are dogs by Nancy Dontigney of "Dog Patch Critters"
"One of the best parts about coming to a show is meeting cherished friends," said Michelle N. (R) with Deb Canhan Artists.
Sharon Barron (Barron Bears) flew in for the show from California. Her bears are almost as big as she is. What a hug!
Good Bears of the World


Look for Good Bears of the World raffles at the next show or other show's they are participating in.

Your dollars buy HUGS!

Good Bears of the World is a non-profit organization who gifts bears to those in need of a hug. The contributions help support the worldwide club in order to buy more GBW brown bears for fire and police departments, nursing homes and schools.

Susan won a Steiff Bear that Terrie Stong, Chairbear of Good Bears of the World presented to her. Entering the raffles is fun!

Sandy s. From Mt. Dora, FL brought her Bears&Buds' Sweepstakes Give-Away prize and showed it to Valerie.

She was so excited to have won a bear called Madame Scarlet LaRouge donated by Mary Wimberley of Mary's Secret Garden, to the October Sweepstakes in Bears&Buds, the online monthly teddy bear magazine.

You too can register to win a wonderful bear or bud from the professional artist members.


Even Charlie came to the show!

Peg Longstreath found time to autograph copies of his book. "He doesn't hold the pen well," Peg smiled.

Near the close of the show, Valerie drew five artist's names and they won a special prize!

All were curious about what was in the star wrapped gift. They soon discovered a shopping list pad and an accompanying $20 gift card to Michael's.

"Oh thank you, thank you, this will come in handy!"

"I can't wait to go shopping!"

"It's one of my favorite stores!"
