Only a few more days to the Big Tampa All Teddy Bear Show.

My bears and I are very excited and we can bearly contain ourselves.

The bears have never been out of town or spent the night in a hotel before so they are asking lots of questions.

Audrey asked me if she will have her own little bed to sleep in and Morgan wants to order honey from room service. Scott told me he wants to take a swim in the pool before the show. I told him absolutely not because we would not be able to get his fur dry in time for the show so he is pouting, to think he was once the shyest bear in my hug.

Marie Josephine wants a personal maid to help her get ready the morning of the show I think she is confused about what room service includes, we are after all not staying at Buckingham Palace. We will be at the luxurious Crowne Plaza, so that may be how she got that idea in her head. She has always wanted to be royalty I hope she doesn't think she will get a crown because we are staying at the Crowne Plaza Westshore.

Anneth and Daphine are planning on leaving wake up call instructions at the desk when we arrive and check in.

Benjamin, Casey with his red bandana, and Grayson all told me to call ahead and make sure they had plenty of honey in our room and no little miniature bottles of liquor, because teddy bears don't drink.

LaceAnn, my little southern belle, just wants to know if any bears named Rhet or Ashley will be there because she is boy bear crazy. She says she is ordering grits, eggs and buttermilk biscuits with honey the morning for breakfast.

Mei Sheng and Zhen Zhen asked how many Pandas will be in the show or if they will be the only ones because they are shy and most comfortable with other oriental bears.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Our dear friend Pamela will be taking this trip with us.

Rowdy hopes we get to see some cows and horses on the way there he is my little cowboy and would like to have a real horse someday however horses are not allowed at my condo. I hope the person that takes him home has horses or he will talk their ears off about getting one for him. He dreams of being a Rodeo cowboy when he grows up. Poor Pamela has no idea what she has gotten herself into.

Its a long ride to Tampa with 20 bears talking non-stop not to mention bathroom stops, requests for soda, popcorn and ju ju bees, along with singing B- I- N-G-O, and playing I spy. It will be an experience none of us will soon forget to be sure.

We hope to see you all there Sunday, February 19th.
