Start your morning with a delicious, fresh, healthy treat.
Serves 2 or 3 or one very hungry person!
Starting with 2-3 bananas, slice one banana in each decorative bowl or glass.
Mix the following in a food processor, blender or VitaMixer until smooth.
1 navel orange, peeled
10 almonds, pecans or walnuts
10 fresh cranberries or raspberries or strawberries
1/2 C of plain yogurt
3 T honey
Add a couple of tablespoons of orange juice if you find the mixture a little thick and not blending very well. Do not add too much juice as you don't want this mixture to be too soupy. If soupy, do not worry, the mixture still tastes wonderful.
Spoon mixture over sliced bananas and garnish with a drizzle of honey, raisins, granola, or additional nuts.
